Are you an experienced Dental Assistant (2+ years) looking for a practice where your energy, work ethic, and personality are truly valued? We're building something special in Westlake and Middleburg Heights. We prioritize dynamic patient education, high-level customer experience, and a supportive team structure. Who You Are:
Experience:
At least 2 years of clinical dental assisting experience.
Personality:
An industrious self-starter who brings warm, positive energy to every patient interaction.
Growth Mindset:
Excited to refine your skills through advanced training in patient communication, case presentation, and high-touch customer service.
Team Player:
Ready to contribute in a high-energy environment that balances hard work with regular team outings, fun events, and productive, well-organized team meetings.
What You'll Do:
Provide high-level clinical support and create welcoming, educational experiences for patients. Assist in clear treatment presentations and patient care workflows. Opportunity to assist with hands-on training and instruction for incoming dental assistant trainees.
