Full Job Description Patient Care:
Welcome patients to create a warm, inviting initial experience.
Treatment Coordination:
Present treatment plans and guide patients clearly through their treatment options.
Financial Duties:
Assist with insurance verification and process patient claims.
Scheduling:
Follow up with patients to secure treatment acceptance and manage the schedule.
Office Flow:
Maintain a smooth, efficient front desk operations within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
