About Us Design Dental is a growing dental laboratory focused on precision, efficiency, and strong communication with our partner offices. Our front office team plays a key role in keeping cases organized and running smoothly. Position Overview We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to support daily operations, communication, and case workflow. This role is ideal for someone with dental office experience who enjoys staying organized, working with systems, and communicating with dental teams. Key Responsibilities Support daily front office operations and workflow Manage incoming cases and ensure they are properly documented Maintain accurate records and keep information up to date Communicate with dental offices regarding cases and scheduling Answer phones, respond to messages, and assist with general inquiries Help coordinate case progress between departments Assist with digital files and basic system updates Keep the workspace organized and running efficiently Qualifications Dental office or lab experience
REQUIRED
