Job DescriptionJob Summary:
We are looking for a personable, motivated, dependable, and fun (very important 😊) Orthodontic Assistant to join our amazing team long-term! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the dental or orthodontic field while working in a supportive, upbeat environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the orthodontist with placing and adjusting braces, archwires, and other orthodontic appliances.

Prepare patients for treatment and provide excellent patient care throughout their visit.

Fabricate retainers, aligners, and orthodontic models using digital and manual techniques.

Perform wire bending, trimming, and polishing of appliances.

Maintain sterilization and cleanliness of instruments and equipment.

Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care.

Maintain accurate patient records and assist with overall office flow.
QualificationsRequirements:
Prior dental or medical assisting experience preferred.

X-ray certification preferred.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Team player with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
