Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Certified/Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dental team in providing quality oral healthcare to patients. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining dental equipment, assisting during procedures, and ensuring a clean and sterile environment.
Qualifications:
- Certification/Registration as a Dental Assistant X-ray certification preferred Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Prior experience in a dental office is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures Assist dentists during examinations and treatments Take and develop dental X-rays Maintain patient records and documentation Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment Educate patients on proper oral hygiene Ensure compliance with infection control protocols Assist with scheduling appointments and billing
