Unlicensed Clinical Dental Assistant We are seeking an Unlicensed Clinical Dental Assistant to join our team in Fairmont, MN. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, patient-focused individual who is eager to contribute to a positive dental care experience. Whether you have prior dental office experience or are looking to start your career in the field, we welcome your application! This can be a part time opportunity (18-28 hours) with clinic needs on Monday, Tuesday (between 7-5:30) or Friday (7-3:30 PM). Why Join Us? Provide chairside assistance to dentists as needed during treatments. Set up and clean up operatories, ensuring proper disinfection and waste management. Clean, package, and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols. Assist with documentation and maintain accurate patient records. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Dental office experience preferred, but not required. Effective oral and written communication skills in English are required.
