Whether you have experience leading the back office, or you are a seasoned dental assistant looking for your first leadership opportunity, Lumio Dental is looking for a Lead Dental Assistant who will take charge, organize and manage back office responsibilities in addition to assisting. Our ideal Lead Dental Assistant is comfortable leading, has exceptional communication and chairside manner. Lead a small team of dental assistants Communicate and partner with Doctors and Hygienists Order supplies and ensure compliance Keep the back office running smoothly Expose dental diagnostic X-Rays Record treatment information in patient records Take and record medical and dental histories and vital signs of patients Clean teeth, using dental instruments including cleaning and polishing removable appliances Apply a protective coating of fluoride to teeth Fabricate temporary restorations and custom impressions from preliminary impressions Instruct patients in oral hygiene and plaque control programs Pour, trim, and polish study casts Competitive Salary & More Benefit options include, but are not limited to, health, vision, dental, life, 401K, and MORE!
