Position Lead Pediatric Dental Assistant Compensation We will pay for your experience Competitive benefits available Qualifications Current EFDA and EFODA certifications required Minimum of 5 years of pediatric dental assisting experience Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent clinical and chairside assisting skills Outstanding attendance and reliability Positive attitude with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced pediatric environment Dedicated to providing outstanding patient care and creating a positive experience for children and their families Responsibilities Lead and support the dental assisting and hygiene teams to ensure outstanding patient care, efficient clinical operations, and a positive, collaborative work environment. Assist the doctor during pediatric dental procedures Perform expanded functions within EFDA and EFODA scope Maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and infection control standards Mentor and train team members while promoting a collaborative work environment Ensure efficient patient flow and an exceptional patient experience Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of care
