    Smile Alive is looking for a Restorative Assistant (EFDA/RFC) In Our Growing Patient Centric Practice

We are currently expanding and looking for a seasoned Restorative Assistant who takes pride in clinical excellence and building lasting patent relationships.

We prioritizes Continued care scheduling at the point of appointment to ensure our patients never fall through the cracks

Responsibilities

Your Role & Impact:

Perform placement and finishing of direct restoration (composite and amalgam).

Provide full treatment planning and detailed note taking using Dentrix software.

Provide exceptional chairside support during complex restorative procedures.

Educate patients on their treatment plans and long-term oral health.

Lead the "continued care" conversation to ensure patients are scheduled for their next visit before they leave the chair.

Requirements

Oregon EFDA Certificate and Restorative Functions Certificate (RFC) required.

Oregon Local Anesthesia Functions Certificate (LAFC) required.

X-ray proficiency and current BLS/CPR certification

Minimum of 2+years of experience in a high-volume, quality

  • focused restorative environment.

Strong communication skills with a focus on patient comfort and education.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay:

Depending on experience and RFC mastery. $24.00

  • 35.

00 + / hour.

Requirements:

RFC, LAFC, 90-day probation period and minimum 1-year contract with claw back clauses
