Our office is built on a positive, supportive culture where teamwork, learning, and great patient experiences come first. We take pride in creating a welcoming environment for both patients and staff, and we're excited to grow together as a practice. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to assisting with patient treatments. This position is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, friendly environment while making a positive impact on patients' smiles. Duties Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures Prepare and break down treatment rooms; sterilize instruments Take digital impressions, X-rays, and intraoral photos Place and remove orthodontic appliances (brackets, bands, wires, aligners) Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care Accurately update patient charts and records Follow all infection control and safety protocols Provide excellent chairside and patient support
Qualifications:
Previous orthodontic assisting experience preferred Dental Assisting certification or license (per state requirements) Spanish Preferred Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and instruments Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting
