Our rapidly growing, privately owned, and managed dental practice in Medford, OR, is seeking a highly motivated, friendly, and energetic individual to train as a Dental Assistant to help us care for our wonderful patients. How You'll Help Our Patients Live Longer, Happier Lives:
Welcome patients, help them feel comfortable, and prepare them for procedures. Assist the dentist chairside during examinations and treatments. Review and update patient dental records as needed. Provide instruments and materials to the dentist during procedures. Sterilize, disinfect, and maintain dental instruments and equipment. Organize and prepare instrument trays for upcoming procedures. Educate patients on postoperative care and promote good oral health habits.
Who We're Looking For:
Availability:
Able to work shifts between 6:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Friday, including some Saturdays 7:30 a.m.

Professional Skills and Competencies:
Organized with strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. A willingness and ability to learn quickly. Demonstrated ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time effectively. Self-starter with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Dependable, demonstrating reliability and a high level of professionalism.
