About the Role We are seeking a full-time Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) who is a true team player and shares our commitment to improving patients' lives. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced assistant, we value the right mindset and a desire to provide top-tier clinical support just as much as years of experience. You'll play a vital role in: Providing high-quality, efficient clinical assistance to our doctors. Utilizing your EFDA skills to help Drs place quality restorations, take accurate impressions, and perform expanded functions to keep the schedule flowing smoothly. Educating and empowering patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. Building trust and long-term relationships with patients. Collaborating closely with a supportive clinical and administrative team to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Who We're Looking For Our ideal

EFDA:

Holds a valid EFDA certification (or is tracking to receive it shortly). Embodies our core values of connection, health, and confidence.
