We are looking for someone who is comfortable with both patient coordination and four-handed dentistry, and who enjoys being part of a supportive, fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking in patients Answering phones and scheduling appointments Helping manage the daily schedule efficiently Assisting patients with paperwork and treatment coordination Supporting both clinical and administrative flow throughout the day "Roving" where needed to help keep the office running smoothly Assisting doctor with four-handed dentistry and clinical procedures Preparing and breaking down treatment rooms Sterilization and organization of clinical areas
Ideal Candidate:
Friendly, professional, and dependable Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable moving between clinical and front desk duties Organized and detail-oriented Team player with a positive attitude Dental experience preferred We are looking for someone who truly enjoys helping patients and working as part of a caring dental team.
