Dental Assistant - Aero Dental (West Chester, PA) Full-Time | Private Practice | Prior Dental Experience Required Aero Dental, a patient-centered private dental practice in West Chester, PA, is seeking a reliable and personable Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dental professional who enjoys both clinical and administrative responsibilities.
What You'll Do:
As a hybrid team member, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by: Assisting the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures (e.g., exams, fillings, crowns) Taking digital X-rays, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining treatment rooms Greeting and checking in patients with a warm, professional demeanor Scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and handling patient communications if need it. Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring HIPAA complianceWhat We're Looking For:
Prior dental experience (chairside assisting and/or front desk required) Radiology certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency with dental practice management software A team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills Why Aero Dental?
