$26 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement Optometry cross-training is provided A Unique, Low‑Frequency Role for a Dental Assistant Who Values Flexibility Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a dependable, experienced Dental Assistant to support our Dentist and Optometrist in a calm, structured outpatient clinic setting serving senior patients in North Charleston. This role is intentionally low‑volume and predictable — ideal for someone who wants to maintain clinical skills, earn supplemental income, and support meaningful care without the pace or pressure of a traditional dental office. Schedule & Expectations Because our providers are onsite on specific days, the ideal candidate must be available: 2 Mondays per month (Dental) 1 Wednesday per month (Optometry) Typical hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM No nights. No weekends. No on‑call. This is a great fit for someone who values consistency , mission‑driven work , and a stable, once‑a‑week rhythm . What You'll Experience This is not a high‑pressure dental office. Instead, you'll work in a community‑based outpatient clinic model with: Full‑time clinic staff onsite Organized scheduling and predictable patient flow A supportive, team‑based environment A value‑based care model focused on seniors Strong administrative and logistical support from CMC Our Dental Assistants are essential partners in ensuring smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience.
