Dental Assistant

We're growing — and seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant who's enthusiastic, dependable, and eager to learn. Whether you're an experienced assistant or new to the field, we're ready to invest in your success through hands-on training, mentoring, and ongoing support—including teaching and covering the cost of your IV certification.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Assisting during root canals, retreatments, and apicoectomies Preparing and maintaining operatories with a focus on infection control Taking high-quality digital X-rays (CBCT and periapical) Sterilizing instruments and maintaining equipment Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients Documenting in patient management software Supporting inventory, ordering, and clinical operations Collaborating with the admin team for seamless care Supporting patient comfort, including therapy dog and IV sedation setups (certification and training provided) Assisting with treatment planning and case documentation Drafting reports Answering phone calls, addressing patients' questions, and making appointments Providing phone coverage once a month on select
