Job Summary Join our High end private office as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). We are looking for an amazing character that will be fun to work with. slow paced office. we put staff family first and we know you have a life outside of work!! we are very flexible. we are looking for an employee that can become a friend then family. Requirements Valid certification as a Registered Dental Assistant with current licensure in the respective region or state Proven experience in dental assisting within a busy dental clinic environment, with knowledge of general dentistry procedures and terminology Proficiency in EMR systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Archy; familiarity with Dental records management and medical coding is highly desirable Strong understanding of infection control practices, aseptic techniques, anatomy knowledge, and dental terminology Ability to operate dental equipment including X-ray machines, 3D scanners, and other medical imaging devices safely and effectively Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with patients of all ages, especially pediatrics, providing compassionate care in pediatric dentistry settings Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards to protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through exceptional dental care!
