Your goal? Be the best part of every patient's day .
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional patient care with an upbeat, friendly attitude Assist the doctor in orthodontic procedures efficiently and accurately Execute treatment plans with attention to detail Maintain detailed, accurate clinical notes (legal medical records) Stay on schedule and manage appointment flow (15-20 patients/day) Prepare and stock your clinical station daily Communicate clearly with patients, parents, and team members Support same-day starts and ensure a seamless patient experience Complete care calls and patient follow-ups Assist with opening and closing duties Training & Growth We invest in your success with a structured training program: First 4 weeks: Hands-on training with a dedicated trainer Next 8 weeks: Side-by-side support with skill validation 12-week evaluation: Transition to independent assisting After training, you'll independently manage 7-10+ appointments daily with confidence and accuracy. What We're Looking For 1+ year of orthodontic assisting experience preferred Outgoing, energetic, and patient-focused personality Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent communication skills Ability to stay on schedule in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Scenic City Orthodontics? $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
