Job Description

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant About The Practice :
We are fast-growing, state of the art, private practice in Franklin, TN. Our office is a general practice with a focus on high end cosmetic cases and total smile rehabilitations. We offer a wide array of services and our goal is to provide patients top notch care while handling all of their dental needs.
What we are looking for:
A full time, experienced dental assistant, EFDA preferred but not required. A dependable individual who is fun loving with a good personality, sense of humor and great work ethic Applicant must be a self-starter, have great communication skills, a positive attitude, be organized and possess a willingness and desire to learn and grow
Minimum Qualifications:
Working knowledge of basic dentistry procedures and terms X-ray certification Dental Assisting License/Certification Significant chair-side experience is preferred.
Current CPR Certification OSHA Compliant Sterilization Techniques Preferred Qualifications:
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certification Knowledge of digital x-rays, oral surgery and implants as well as familiarity with Dentrix are added advantages. Strong case presentation skills and cross training in basic front office duties are a bonus.
Supplemental Pay:
Opportunity for monthly bonuses A higher hourly rate will be considered for an experienced EFDA Equal opportunity employer.
