About Us:
We are a dynamic and growing dental private practice with two busy offices in Newport, TN, and Greeneville, TN. Our practice is fast-paced, patient-centric, and committed to providing exceptional dental care. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. If you are enthusiastic, motivated, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply. Previous dental experience preferred.

8-hour shifts Multiple Locations (Newport & Greeneville, TN)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist dentists chair-side during examinations and procedures. Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort and readiness. Take impressions, make temporary crowns, and assist with various general procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dental instruments and work areas. Provide excellent patient care and customer service. Efficiently document and manage patient records using computer systems. Maintain compliance with all safety and health regulations.
Candidate Qualifications:
Certification:
RDA Certification (Required)
Experience:
Dental Assisting (Preferred but not required•We Will Train!)
Skills:
Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player. Excellent communication, computer, and customer service skills. Strong ability to learn and adapt quickly. Exceptional people skills.
