Knoxville Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our well-established team. Experience & Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during dental procedures and exams Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Take and process dental X-rays in accordance with state regulations Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:
Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification per state requirements Previous dental assisting experience preferred Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and safety protocols Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong communication skills and a patient-focused demeanor Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined
