Desert Rose Dental is opening in September! If you want to help create something special from the beginning, we would love to meet you! This is not just another Dental Assistant position. We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who wants to help build an exceptional practice from day one. Compensation is based on a clearly defined level system that considers experience, technical knowledge, role specific skills, independence and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities. What You Will Do Support the doctor through efficient four-handed dentistry and strong clinical organization Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and materials before each patient Take high-quality digital radiographs, intraoral images, impressions and scans Maintain sterilization, infection control and
OSHA/HIPAA
standards Educate patients, reinforce treatment recommendations and create a calm, positive experience Help establish clinical systems, inventory processes and workflows as the practice grows You May Be A Great Fit If You Have at least 2 years of dental assisting experience Are dependable, proactive and able to anticipate the next step Work efficiently without sacrificing quality or patient care Communicate professionally and enjoy helping nervous patients feel comfortable Take ownership, stay organized and believe no task is beneath you Are excited by the opportunity to help build a startup practice, not simply follow old routines Qualifications Minimum 2 years dental assisting experience preferred Current state required credentials Knowledge of infection control, sterilization and clinical safety standards Comfortable learning new technology and dental software. Pay:
$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
