Job Description
Young doctor-owner (private practice, not corporate) looking for motivated, enthusiastic, customer service oriented individuals who want a long-term, rewarding career in healthcare. Employees deserve a dental practice where they have the support of their doctors and are compensated appropriately in a welcoming, friendly, professional environment No experience needed Ideally seeking candidates who speak Spanish, Arabic or are bilingual $20-25 per hour plus clearly defined monthly bonus Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Prepare materials for impressions and restorations
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Perform patient assessments, including taking vital signs and documenting medical history
- Assist with pediatric dental procedures
- Assist with medical coding and documentation
- Utilize CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as
Open Dental Skills:
- Must speak Spanish, bilingual preferred
- communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
