Practice Type:
Full-Arch Dental Implant Center (All-on-X / Full Mouth Reconstruction) We are a specialty full-arch dental implant practice seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our surgical and restorative team. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-level implant environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care. Requirements (Must Have): Minimum 2 years of hands-on full-arch (All-on-X) experience Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience preferred Strong understanding of the complete 1) implant workflow, including: Implant surgery 2) Full-arch restorations 3) Immediate load cases Extensive experience with IV sedation Phlebotomy experience (must have) Pre-op, intra-op, and post-op support Proficiency in digital full-arch workflows, including: Intraoral scanning CBCT coordination Photogrammetry (preferred) Temporary conversion workflows Excellent knowledge of surgical setup, sterile technique, and implant instrumentation
Key Responsibilities:
Chairside assisting during full-arch implant surgeries Assisting with prosthetic conversions and restorative appointments IV sedation support and patient monitoring Preparing and breaking down surgical rooms Maintaining surgical instruments and equipment Supporting efficient, organized clinical flow Providing compassionate, confident care to implant patients

Schedule:
Full-time Monday-Thursday This position is not suitable for entry-level assistants. We are specifically seeking someone with real-world full-arch implant experience who understands the pace, precision, and responsibility required in a surgical implant practice.
Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
