Job Description
Clovercroft Dental is a new startup dental practice in Nolensville, and we're looking for an amazing Registered Dental Assistant to join us from the very beginning! Clovercroft Dental is focused on creating a practice centered around honest, compassionate dentistry, an exceptional patient experience, and a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. Because we're a startup, we're looking for someone who is flexible, motivated, and excited to grow with us. You'll have the opportunity to help shape our systems, our culture, and the way we care for our patients from day one. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing dental instruments, setting up necessary supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly according to dental sterilization procedures and infection prevention management protocols. Assist dentist chairside during various procedures such as restorations, extractions, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery Take and develop dental X-rays and 3D scans while adhering to dental x-ray safety standards and radiation safety guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment by processing dental instruments properly and following infection control policies to prevent cross-contamination. Support the dental reception team by managing appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out processes, and handling administrative tasks efficiently. Requirements Valid license as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with current licensure in Tennessee Strong knowledge of dental equipment operation, dental terminology, sterilization procedures, and infection prevention protocols aligned with healthcare infection control standards. Coronal polishing, nitrous monitoring, and x-ray certifications needed for this position Experience valued but not required
