Experience & Key Responsibilities:

Provide chairside orthodontic assistance during procedures including bonding, wire changes, and adjustments Travel between practice locations as needed to support orthodontic schedules and patient care Take orthodontic records including photos, impressions, digital scans, and X-rays Educate patients and parents on orthodontic appliances, oral hygiene, and post-treatment care Maintain sterilization, operatory setup, and compliance with OSHA and infection control standards Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management

Requirements:

Previous orthodontic assisting experience preferred Must be willing to travel between office locations as needed - Arlington & Hurst Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and families Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment X-ray certification and orthodontic assisting experience preferred based on state requirements Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined.
