Job Description
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Buda Dental Professionals is looking for an energetic, dependable, and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our team! We are a well-established, privately owned practice that truly values our patients and our team. If you enjoy building relationships, working alongside great doctors, and being part of a positive office culture, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities will include: Assisting the doctor during a variety of procedures Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring everything is ready for each patient Taking digital x-rays and 3D scans Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control standards Making patients feel comfortable by explaining procedures and answering questions Keeping accurate patient records in Dentrix Helping with scheduling, insurance verification, or front office duties when needed Working closely with the team to keep the day running smoothly What We're Looking For Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Experience in general dentistry (CEREC experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person) Knowledge of digital x-rays, sterilization, and infection control Experience with OpenDental is preferred Excellent communication and people skills Someone who is dependable, organized, and enjoys working as part of a team A positive attitude and a genuine passion for patient care Why You'll Love Working Here We're more than just a dental office—we're a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
