Experienced RDA -Join a Beloved Canton Practice with a 4-
Day Week and No Fridays About:
Mill Creek Dental in Canton is looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join a practice that patients have trusted and loved for years, many for two decades or more. Led by Dr. Ann Aduddell, a Baylor College of Dentistry honors graduate known for a personal, family-first standard of care, our office delivers comprehensive dentistry under one roof: general and family care, cosmetic, restorative and implants, laser dentistry, and TMJ therapy. You'll join a small, close-knit team in a welcoming East Texas practice, just minutes from Canton's historic downtown and the famous First Monday Trade Days grounds on a Monday-Thursday schedule that gives you every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. What you'll do: Assist chairside across general, cosmetic, and restorative procedures Support implant, crown, bridge, and denture cases Assist with laser dentistry and TMJ/therapeutic treatments Take and process impressions and assist with cosmetic/veneer cases Chart, input patient notes, and provide post-op instructions Handle instrument sterilization and tray set-ups Support a smooth, comfortable patient experience start to finish What we're looking for: Active Texas RDA credential Experience assisting across a full general and restorative scope Warm, patient-focused chairside manner Reliable, accountable, and genuinely a team player Someone who takes pride in a close-knit, community-rooted practice
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 8-5 Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off
Compensation:
$18-$20/hr, depending on experience.
