Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role is preferred (2-4 years experience preferred).
• Knowledge of medical terminology, infection control practices, and four-handed dentistry techniques.
• Familiarity with dental software systems (Open Dental, XDR/SOTACloud)
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Texas Dental Assistant License
• Ability to demonstrate compassion and patience while working with patients of all ages.
