Our office is known for delivering high-quality, comprehensive care, from restorative and implants to sedation dentistry, while creating a welcoming, patient-first experience. Schedule Monday, Thursday, Friday:

7:00 AM

• 4:00

PM Tuesday, Wednesday:

9:30 AM

• 6:30 PM Consistent full-time schedule with a mix of early and later days What You'll Do Assist the doctor chairside across a wide range of procedures Fabricate temporary crowns, place cord, and capture high-quality iTero scans with clear margins Assist with implants, extractions, and sedation procedures (IV & oral) Support crown seat appointments, including adjusting permanent crowns Prepare for emergency and limited appointments, anticipating same-day treatment needs Maintain sterilization workflows and operatory readiness Assist with lab case preparation and back-office organization Support schedule flow by anticipating needs and keeping appointments on time Contribute to a team-focused environment by assisting across columns when needed Clinical Experience Required 2+ years of chairside assisting experience Active Texas RDA license Willingness to obtain nitrous monitoring certification Preferred Experience iTero scanning (required for strong candidates) CBCT imaging Surgical assisting Whitening and sealants Experience in a high-production or multi-provider practice Technology You'll Work With Open Dental XDR Imaging Ez-Dent (PANO/CBCT) iTero Scanner Dental Intel / Engagement tools Overjet Slack & Outlook What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work Thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Anticipates needs and stays one step ahead of the schedule Maintains a positive, team-first attitude Communicates with professionalism and kindness Is motivated to continuously learn and improve Focuses on solutions and contributes to team success Our Culture We believe in: Doing things the right way•delivering quality and taking pride in our work Having fun and building relationships•with both patients and our team Continuous growth•personally and professionally Serving others with humility and kindness Staying composed under pressure and supporting one another What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Bonus opportunities tied to performance Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Continuing education and growth opportunities A high-performing, team-oriented environment How to Apply Apply through Indeed.
