Position Overview As a Dental Assistant at Dougherty Dental Group, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care while ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their visit. Responsibilities Assist the doctor chairside during restorative, surgical, endodontic, and cosmetic procedures Prepare and break down operatories efficiently Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos Support patient education and help reinforce treatment recommendations Maintain accurate clinical documentation Follow sterilization and infection control protocols Technology & Skills Experience with digital scanning (intraoral scanners) preferred Experience with 3D printing preferred Willingness to learn and grow with emerging dental technologies is essential Familiarity with practice management software is a plus What We're Looking For Prior dental assisting experience required RDA required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive, team-oriented mindset Calm, empathetic chairside presence A desire to continuously improve and grow professionally What We Offer Full-time position Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and holidays Employee dental benefits Supportive, team-centered culture Opportunity to work in a modern, technology-driven practice At Dougherty Dental Group, we believe in creating an exceptional patient experience through clinical excellence, innovation, and genuine care.
