Job Description

Private Prosthodontic Practice | Full-Time; Monday-Thursday (≈35 hours/week) Fort Worth - Cultural District If you're reading this, you're probably asking a quiet but important question: "Will my life be better if I work here?" Many great people leave dental offices not because of dentistry, but because of what surrounds it. Negativity. Gossip. Chaos. A lack of leadership. Feeling like you care more about patients than anyone else does. Unclear expectations. Constant last-minute changes. Little feedback unless something goes wrong. Feeling unappreciated, replaceable, or stuck. If that feels familiar, you're not alone — and you're not the problem. Our fee for service, specialty practice exists because we believe talented people deserve a better environment. One with structure, clarity, and leadership. This is not an office that runs on vibes or vague promises. It is intentionally built, professionally run, and values-driven. We protect our culture on purpose. Gossip, blame, and drama are addressed early — not tolerated or ignored. Expectations are clear so you're never guessing what "good" looks like. Communication is direct and respectful. Feedback is used as a tool for growth, not punishment. Leadership is present, accessible, and accountable. Training is built in so confidence replaces overwhelm. The result is a workday that feels grounded instead of tense. You'll be part of a team that supports one another instead of tearing each other down. You'll have clarity around your role and the autonomy to do your job well. Your effort, ownership, and attitude will be noticed and rewarded. Over time, you'll grow — in skill, confidence, and responsibility. You'll leave work with energy left for your life outside the office, and you'll feel proud of where you work and who you work with. This is not perfection. It is stability, growth, and direction.
