Sunny Kids Pediatric Dentistry is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care for children in a welcoming and friendly environment. Our team is committed to making every visit a positive experience for both children and their parents. We are currently seeking a professional, cheerful, and detail-oriented Front Desk Assistant to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle communications with patients, including booking appointments and managing inquiries. Verify insurance information and assist patients with understanding their coverage. Present treatment plans to parents. Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental software.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental office, particularly with the duties mentioned. Proficiency in using Open Dental software. Excellent communication skills and a positive, cheerful attitude. Enjoy working with children and providing a friendly, welcoming environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
