We are currently seeking a Dental Sterilization Technician to join our team and contribute to our patients' well-being.
Job Responsibilities:
Sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols Maintain a clean and organized sterilization room Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures Order and maintain inventory of sterilization supplies Assist dental assistants and hygienists with preparation of instruments and materials for dental procedures Follow all HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality Continuously improve sterilization processes to enhance efficiency and patient care
Job Requirements:
No experience or education required, all training provided by myDental A positive attitude and eagerness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A commitment to teamwork and providing exceptional patient care Familiarity with basic computer skills Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods of time
