If you're a compassionate dental pro who's as skilled with tools as you are with people, we'd love to have you join our close-knit team. We're all about forward-thinking care, and we're looking for someone just like you to bring your unique spark. As part of our family-like crew, you'll be that steady presence patients rely on—offering comfort, clear guidance, and a touch of warmth during their visits. You'll handle a mix of hands-on tasks, like getting patients ready for procedures, keeping instruments spotless and sterilized, taking precise dental X-rays, and staying cool under pressure during any dental or medical emergencies . Your knack for blending careful precision with a calm, efficient vibe will truly touch lives, one appointment at a time. We're hoping to find someone who loves the details, has spot-on hand-eye coordination, and communicates in a way that puts everyone at ease. And if you can sneak in a light-hearted joke to lighten the mood around those dental tools? That would be amazing—it keeps things fun and human for all of us! At the heart of what we do are our guiding principles for top-notch care: Visualization (using isolation techniques to keep things clear and focused), Minimization (making movements efficient, simplifying steps, and saving resources where we can), and Productivity (being proactive and always supporting our providers). It's rewarding work that keeps you on your toes, and we know you'll thrive in it. On top of your clinical skills, you'll bring that everyday superpower of multitasking—juggling tasks, priorities, and deadlines without missing a beat. Whether it's jumping into a team huddle, helping with office basics like answering the phone or stocking supplies, or lending a hand to a colleague, you'll fit right in with our collaborative, adaptable spirit. We're not searching for just any dental assistant —we're looking for that special someone who becomes a true part of the team. You'll need a high school diploma or GED, solid computer skills, and handwriting that's easy to read (just like your patient notes). It'd be great if you have a CODA-accredited dental assisting certification and at least five years of experience under your belt. Bonus if you've got certifications in things like Radiology, Sealants, or Coronal Polishing, or if you speak multiple languages—that opens doors for even more patients. Most of all, we're excited to meet a genuinely kind, upbeat person with a great sense of humor and a passion for growing every day. Our patients are everything to us, and we need someone who can provide gentle, heartfelt care while keeping a positive outlook, even on busy days. If this feels like a good fit—like the next chapter in your dental journey—we'd be thrilled to chat and see if you're our newest team member. Let's make some smiles together!
