Who We're Looking For We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with a genuine passion for working with children and delivering high-quality patient care. About the Role As a valued member of our clinical team, you will play an essential role in supporting our orthodontists and ensure each patient has a positive experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Taking patient x-rays, impressions, and orthodontic records Preparing patients and assisting the orthodontist during procedures Bonding brackets and scanning images Cleaning, preparing, and sterilizing instruments and equipment Maintaining accurate and organized patient records Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant Proficiency in chairside and four-handed dentistry Strong clinical and technical dental assisting skills Active Texas RDA License Current BLS certification Preferred Qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive, professional attitude Strong teamwork and communication skills Warm, personable demeanor Excellent multitasking abilities Proactive and able to anticipate the doctor's needs Experience with model pouring and impressions Familiarity with Open Dental software Bilingual (is a plus) Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: 401(k) with matching Dental and Vision insurance Health, life, and disability insurance Dependent health coverage Employee assistance program Employee discounts Mileage reimbursement Paid time off On-the-job training and opportunities for advancement Professional development assistance Referral program
