Pay:
$25.00 - $33.00 per hour Job description: Our Practice We are a family owned, private, single doctor dental office. We are a well established practice with a healthy patient base We strive for excellent dental care and hold ourselves to the highest clinical standards We are not a high volume or cookie cutter office, but we stay busy throughout the day with a variety of treatments and procedures. We are intentional about growth and actively support learning and skill development. There are opportunities for growth and advancement within the practice. You support the doctor's clinical approach and treatment recommendations, assist effectively, and offer input when asked without overstepping. You value integrity, discipline, and consistency in your daily work. Responsibilities Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, including chairside assisting and four-handed dentistry techniques. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment while adhering to infection control protocols. Take and process dental X-rays, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in EMR systems such as Eaglesoft. Monitor vital signs and assist in medical imaging when required. Skills Proficiency in EMR systems, particularly Eaglesoft but can train. Four handed dentistry Scanning iTero Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
