Monday-Thursday, 7:45 AM-5:00 PM | Fridays by appointment (flexibility required) Chairside at One of Longview's Most Trusted Practices Longview Family Dental has built something special a full-scope practice where patients are greeted by name, anxiety is met with compassion, and the clinical team is genuinely proud of the work they do. Dr. Goelz bring that same energy to their staff, and patients notice they name our assistants in their reviews. We're hiring an experienced RDA who's ready to bring that same professionalism and enthusiasm to our Longview practice. What You'll Do Assist Dr. Goelz chairside in four-handed dentistry Take impressions and fabricate provisional restorations Sterilize instruments and maintain clean, organized operatories Track lab cases- documentation, send-outs, and incoming work Assist the hygiene team as needed Maintain accurate patient charts Provide occasional coverage at our sister office in Marshall (mileage reimbursed) What We're Looking For Active Texas RDA certification
- required Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience Confident, efficient chairside skills across a range of procedures Detail-oriented and organized
