Join the Future of Dentistry - Lead Registered Dental Assistant at FLOSS Magnolia FLOSS Magnolia is seeking an experienced Lead Registered Dental Assistant who is passionate about patient care, teamwork, and helping develop a high-performing clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled RDA who wants to take on a leadership role, mentor team members, and contribute to the growth of a modern, patient-focused dental practice. Responsibilities Assist doctors chairside during general, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures Lead and support the clinical team to ensure efficient daily operations Help train, coach, and onboard new dental assistants Maintain treatment room readiness and ensure proper sterilization protocols Take digital radiographs, impressions, and assist with patient education Monitor clinical workflows and help improve efficiency and patient experience Collaborate with front office and clinical team members to maintain a smooth schedule Ensure compliance with OSHA, infection control, and practice standards
