About Us Paris Children's Dentistry is a growing pediatric dental office dedicated to creating a welcoming and positive experience for children and their families. Our team specializes in child-focused dental care, with a mission to help every young patient build a lifetime of healthy smiles. We are seeking a dependable and motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate to join our team as a Back Office Dental Assistant . This position is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in dentistry. No prior license is required — we provide hands-on training and will support you in working toward your Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license as you grow with us. Responsibilities Assist dentists and hygienists during procedures (after training). Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments. Support the daily flow of the office, both clinical and administrative. Communicate clearly with patients and families in both English and Spanish. Provide comfort and reassurance to pediatric patients and their families. Help with scheduling, charting, and general office tasks as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Interest in dental care and a willingness to learn. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Friendly, professional, and able to work with children of all ages. Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Willing to pursue RDA licensure in the future (training and guidance provided).
Benefits Competitive hourly pay:
$15-$17/hour depending on experience. Bonus plan eligibility after 6 months of employment. 401K retirement plan participation. Flexible schedule (30-40 hours per week).
