Our dental assistants play a huge role in making that happen every single day. We are looking for (2) full-time Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) to join our growing dental team. Our assistants work closely with our doctors, hygiene team, and front office staff to create an exceptional patient experience while building trust and long-term relationships with families.

Locations:

This position will work between our: West Plano office (75093 - near Dallas North Tollway & Parker Rd) Lewisville office (75077 - near N. Garden Ridge Blvd & N. Valley Pkwy) Flexibility to travel between both offices is important.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Delivering excellent patient care from check-in through treatment completion Assisting doctors during restorative and hygiene procedures Taking digital X-rays and scans (PAs, BWs, pano, Trios scans, etc.) Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control protocols Setting up and breaking down operatories Maintaining clean, organized treatment areas Assisting with accurate and up-to-date electronic charting Supporting front office team members when needed Educating patients and parents on oral hygiene and home care Helping create a positive, welcoming environment for every child

Qualifications:

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required (Applicants actively pursuing licensure may also be considered) 1+ year of dental assisting experience strongly preferred Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus Experience with Open Dental software is a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude If you're passionate about helping kids smile and want to work with a team that values positivity, teamwork, and patient care, we'd love to meet you.
