We're looking for a motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who wants to grow into a Treatment Coordinator and leadership-support role as our orthodontic practice continues to expand. This position is ideal for someone with a strong dental background, enjoys patient interaction, and is interested in learning about scheduling, treatment presentation, and practice operations. What You'll Do Assist during orthodontic treatment days Educate patients about treatment recommendations Help coordinate appointments and scheduling Support patient communication and follow-up Assist with practice systems including scheduling, patient accounts, and administrative tasks Work closely with the doctor and team to help grow the practice What We're Looking For Current Texas RDA license (required) Dental assisting experience required Orthodontic experience preferred but not required Positive attitude and strong communication skills Organized, dependable, and eager to learn Comfortable working both clinically and administratively Schedule Part-time position with opportunity for growth Flexible schedule based on orthodontic clinic days Potential for additional hours as the practice continues to expand Benefits Dental insurance Paid time off Paid training Employee dental discount Access to ADP LifeMart employee discounts Free parking Opportunities for advancement If you're looking for a long-term opportunity where you can grow beyond assisting and become an important part of a growing orthodontic practice, we'd love to meet you.
