We're looking for a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing dental team! What You'll Do Provide exceptional chairside assistance during restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and pediatric procedures using efficient four-handed dentistry techniques. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, organizing supplies, and following strict infection control and aseptic protocols. Take and process dental X-rays, including digital imaging and 3D scans, while maintaining patient safety and privacy. Accurately maintain patient records and clinical documentation using Eaglesoft , including medical histories, vital signs, treatment notes, and other necessary information. Assist with front-office responsibilities as needed, including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and supporting patient check-in and check-out. Complete medical documentation and coding accurately to support appropriate billing and regulatory compliance. Provide patients with clear, compassionate education regarding oral hygiene, treatment recommendations, and post-treatment care. Help create a comfortable, welcoming experience for patients of all ages, with a special focus on making pediatric patients feel at ease. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment while supporting the entire dental team. What We're Looking For Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credentials and the ability to perform clinical duties within your scope of practice. Strong chairside assisting skills, including four-handed dentistry, taking vital signs, and maintaining proper infection control procedures. Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, clinical procedures, and dental imaging. Experience using Eaglesoft for patient records and clinical documentation. Confidence operating dental equipment, including X-ray systems, digital imaging technology, and 3D scanners. Strong understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with patients of all ages. A friendly, dependable, team-oriented attitude and a genuine commitment to exceptional patient care. Experience with pediatric dentistry, general dentistry, endodontics, or prosthodontics is a plus.
