Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Join Our Amazing Dental Team! We're looking for an energetic, compassionate, and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who loves helping patients feel comfortable and providing outstanding clinical support. If you're a team player with a positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms before and after appointments Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards Educate patients on treatment and home care Enter clinical notes and assist with charting Help create a smooth, welcoming patient experience Work closely with the front office and clinical team to keep the day running efficiently Qualifications Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification 1-2 years of dental assisting experience preferred (motivated newer RDAs are encouraged to apply) Digital X-ray certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Dependable, professional, and eager to learn Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays Paid time off Supportive, team-oriented work environment Modern technology and equipment Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education Consistent full-time schedule If you're looking for a long-term dental home where your work is appreciated and your contributions truly matter, we'd love to hear from you!
