We are a modern, high-energy dental practice offering both general dentistry and orthodontics , focused on delivering high-quality care in a fun, welcoming environment. Our team takes pride in creating a positive experience for every patient while supporting each other in a fast-paced setting. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team-driven environment . Schedule Full-Time | Monday

• Friday:

  8:30 AM
• 5:00 PM Consistent weekday schedule with strong work-life balance What You'll Do Assist the doctor chairside during general and orthodontic procedures Take digital X-rays and assist with imaging Prepare operatories and maintain sterilization protocols Educate patients on treatment and oral hygiene Support patient flow and ensure a smooth, efficient schedule Assist with both clinical and light front office support as needed Help create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient What We're Looking For Active Texas RDA license (required) Previous dental assisting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor Team-oriented with a positive attitude Reliable and strong work ethic What We Offer Competitive pay ($20•25/hour based on experience) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Flexible spending account (FSA) Employee discounts A fun, supportive, and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow within a multi-location practice Why Join Fusion Dental & Braces?
