Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Chairside at a Practice Where Dentistry Meets Orthodontics Fusion Dental & Braces in Hewitt is a high-energy, dual-specialty practice serving the greater Waco area with general dentistry, orthodontics, braces, Invisalign, implants, cosmetic care, and more all under one roof. Our team is collaborative, our doctors are skilled, and our patients keep coming back because of how we make them feel. We're growing and looking for a motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our Hewitt team. If you love staying busy, take pride in clean clinical work, and bring a positive energy to everything you do then you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Assist our doctors chairside across general and orthodontic procedures Take digital X-rays and assist with imaging Prepare operatories and maintain sterilization protocols Educate patients on treatment and oral hygiene Support patient flow and keep the schedule moving smoothly Help create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient who walks in What We're Looking For Active Texas RDA license is required At least 1 year Dental assisting experience preferred Friendly, professional, and genuinely patient-focused Organized and detail-oriented (you stay a step ahead) Thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Reliable, positive, and ready to grow Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus as we proudly serve Spanish-speaking patients What We Offer $20-$25/hour based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Flexible spending account (FSA) Employee discount Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends) A fun, supportive team that actually enjoys showing up Ready to bring your RDA skills to one of Waco's most energetic dental teams?
