Orthodontic Lab Assistant Lab Only

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Orthodontic Lab Assistant to join our growing team! This hands-on role is ideal for someone with dental or orthodontic experience who takes pride in producing high-quality custom retainers through careful craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Please note:

This is a lab-only position. We do not see any patients in person—this role is entirely focused on the fabrication process.

Responsibilities:

Operate and assist with digital dental lab equipment including 3D printers, scanners, laser cutting machines, and digital blocking systems Perform quality checks on completed retainers and appliances to ensure accuracy, fit, and overall quality Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, tools, and workspace Support the lab team with daily production tasks and workflow efficiency Follow detailed processes and production standards in a fast paced environment

Requirements:

Comfortable working with technology, machinery, and hands-on production work Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision Dependable, punctual, and able to stay focused and productive independently Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to new systems and processes Friendly, team oriented, and easy to work with
