Compensation Range:

$20

• $21 per hour based on experience 

Work Schedule:

 Monday 8 AM

• 5PMTuesday 8 AM
• 5 PMWednesday 10 AM
• 6 PMThursday 8 AM
• 6 PM Friday 8 AM
• 2 PM Dental Assistants are an integral member of our team and help foster our clinically led culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures while helping patients feel comfortableSet up and breakdown operatory post treatmentTake dental radiographs (x-rays)Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipmentProvide patients with follow-up instructions following all dental treatment proceduresEducate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health

Qualifications:

Dental Assistant Certificate where state regulations specifyX-ray certification where state regulations specify1

Working Environment & Physical Requirements:

This is a clinical working environment where potential exposure to hazardous waste and blood-borne pathogens is possible. Requires prolonged periods of standing, leaning, and bending. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
