Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Experienced Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional chairside assistance, ensuring smooth and efficient dental procedures across a variety of specialties. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment for patients while maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge dental technology and contribute to improving patients' oral health and overall well-being. Responsibilities Assist dentist during a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and treatments, using techniques to enhance efficiency. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary supplies, and ensuring all equipment such as X-ray machines, 3D scanners, and medical imaging devices are ready for use. Take and develop digital X-rays while adhering to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality. Manage patient records accurately using Eaglesoft, ensuring all medical documentation is complete and compliant with HIPAA standards. Maintain infection control protocols by practicing aseptic techniques, proper sterilization procedures, and knowledge of anatomy to ensure a safe clinical environment. Support the dental receptionist in scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and managing patient flow to optimize clinic operations.
