This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your clinical skills in a fast-paced, rewarding setting while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. We have a great work/life balance working 4 days a week 7:30-5:30 and often have 4 day weekends! Duties Conduct comprehensive orthodontic assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Prepare patients for procedures by explaining treatment options, expectations, and post-care instructions clearly and confidently. Apply and adjust orthodontic appliances such as braces, aligners, expanders, and retainers with precision and care. Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up appointments, making adjustments to ensure optimal results. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices specific to orthodontic appliances to promote healthy outcomes. Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate care and ensure seamless treatment experiences for all patients. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment notes, progress reports, and appliance specifications. Experience Proven experience working as an Orthodontic Clinician or in a similar orthodontic support role within a dental or orthodontic practice. Knowledge of current orthodontic techniques, appliances, and digital imaging technology is highly desirable. Strong understanding of dental anatomy, oral health principles, and infection control protocols. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients of all ages. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team. Certification or licensure in dental assisting or orthodontics as required by local regulations is preferred but not mandatory if relevant experience is demonstrated.
